The Journey
Our consultant partnered with the existing client's software development team, bringing with him expertise in .NET 4-7, Angular, and SQL Server. His initial tasks were to:
To maintain the current membership platform
To assist in data collection for a third-party vendor in preparation for a future CRM migration
To onboard a quality assurance tool called Checkly, which has been especially impactful, significantly enhancing the quality of the user experience for the client's members.
The Now
While the CRM migration isn't set to fully commence until later this year, the preparatory work our consultant has done is paving the way for a smooth transition. He's integrated seamlessly into the existing team, re-establishing faith in the value external consultants can provide.
