Tech Support Specialist

Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN
The Technical Support Specialist is a customer-facing role that provides technical and Learning Management System (LMS) support for multiple clients.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide learning management systems support for end client systems, including, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting
  • Participate in the revision of current LMS for HCA customer base
  • Support LMS Manager in the day-to-day maintenance of learning management system
  • Serve as an additional resource to staff regarding technical questions
  • Help develop LMS services as directed
  • Create learner and administrator notifications
  • Coordinate course assignments with customers that subscribe to that service
  • Find creative solutions to resolve technical issues
  • Communicate workload as appropriate
