Government Proposal Writer - HOT NEED
Minnesota or Texas
Proposal Manager role (Contract) at a large international manufacturer with an in-house software company catering to State/Local Governments. Client would like to improve the quality, content and graphics for a more professional, polished proposal. Opportunity to improve the Proposal Development process.
Prefer candidates in Minnesota or Texas but will consider other states for the right candidate. This position would start with a 6 - month contract but potential to last more than a year.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with State and Local Government
- Experience creatively leveraging Graphics to enhance proposals
- Experience with substantial proposal projects
- Hands on proposal development experience
- Competitive analysis of other proposals submitted
- Team Oriented - Ability to get others engaged and leverage their contributions to content
- Strong track record of on time delivery *Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work with executive level and operational team members
