Dynamics 365 Support Specialist

Help identify business strategies and solutions that encourage client retention and loyalty with an emphasis on client centric actions and translate into solutions. This includes driving user adoption of Dynamics 365 as a collaborative tool between business areas. Serves as an enthusiastic advocate and ambassador to promote utilization and value. Develop the training curriculum, identify resources needs and is the go to resource for learning and development for Dynamics 365. Employs change management skills to support end user adoption and consistent workflows/utility of Dynamics.

Some things you can expect to do:

Develop and maintain training curriculums, user guides, and training materials for new employees and existing Dynamics 365 users to support best practices Monitor utilization to identify and reinforce Dynamics 365 utility, including educating users on new functionality, reminders for how to track business development activities, tips & tricks, etc. Detailed documentation of user requirements to inform and assist IS in development of business solutions. Work with end users to develop tool within Dynamics 365 to facilitate strategies that engage existing clients and develop new leads. Manage the integrity of the information stored. Validate end-to-end execution and performance of business processes in relation to developed solutions Provide administrative support for configuration items including reports, views, and dashboards To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree is required. Experience in a marketing role is preferred. You must have experience with Dynamics 365 and change management.
