Customer Identity Access Manager
Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN
The Customer Identity Access Manager (CIAM) is accountable for designing and supporting corporate information security/ customer identity and access management systems and processes. This position will develop and mature processes, practices, policies, procedures, controls, measures, roles, and skills across multi-disciplined IT teams. You will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of CIAM applications.
What You’ll Do:
- Identity Access Engineering
- Collaborate with engineers to plan and execute tasks
- Support the development and implementation of Okta with other business applications requirements
- Support Okta Single Sign-On services and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for internal and external applications
- Evaluate integration opportunities from technical perspective and recommend solutions
- Identify, track and resolve technical issues
- Access Control Management - Operations Service Delivery Management.
- Provisioning and de-provisioning of internal Merrill user access requests.
- Create, revise internal user access profile definitions, role definitions as business-need driven.
- Perform compliance-related reviews and certification of role access definitions and lead supervisor-performed staff access certifications
- Collaborate teams to partner with for requirements gathering, strategic plan, IAM Roadmap revision and communication include but not limited to: Merrill Product Management, Product Development, Information Technology Infrastructure, Operations, Information Security, and DevOp Teams
About You:
- Direct experience with designing, implementing and support CIA platforms and products. (i.e. Okta, PING)
- Ability to exert intellectual, emotional, and political influence as the situation demands and influence with authority
- Strong communication skills in team environment
- Strong collaboration, critical thinking skills and ability to think big picture
- Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner
- Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP)
- Basic exposure with IAM/IGA products a major plus
- Ability to work in highly dynamic project teams, proactive, facilitation, coordination and negotiation skills
- Must be a self-starter
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years in infrastructure support and/or implementation
- (Preferred) 3+ experience with the Okta/PING or other CIAM technology
- (Preferred) 3+ years of experience with OKTA/PING or other CIAM technology, planning, implementation, and operations
