Office 365 and MS Exchange Technician/Analyst

Join our client's team to support M&A activities focused on messaging platforms. When you're not knee-deep in mergers, you'll assist in daily operational tasks and ticket resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead M&A projects involving email migrations and user account syncs
• Use Quest software for seamless transitions and integrations
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets for messaging platforms
• Uphold system integrity and security within Office 365 and Exchange

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Office 365 and Exchange admin (beginner level is OK)
• Know-how of Quest migration software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
