Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic New Product Engineering team. As a full-stack engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and researchers, to deliver innovative software solutions. This role involves contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to design, implementation, and testing, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer, with expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Familiarity with a variety of technology stacks; recent projects have utilized AWS serverless, Grafana, TimescaleDB, Vue.js, Python, or Rust.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for embracing new technologies and methodologies.

• Ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

• Must be able to work hybrid with regular in-person attendance at our St. Paul, MN office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS).

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React) and backend development.
