Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support primarily for Microsoft technologies and some Mac users

• Write SQL queries and utilize C# for light development tasks

• Assist in improving business processes through technical solutions

• Troubleshoot VPN, virtual desktops, network issues, and Excel files

Qualifications:

• Computer Science or related degree & 5+ years of experience in IT support and development

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows, C#, VBA, SQL Server, Office Suite)

• Strong troubleshooting skills and business analysis skills

• Excellent communication skills
