Key Responsibilities: - Oversee project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and budget. - Develop and enhance project portfolio capabilities, including creating templates, processes, and reports. - Collaboratively work with leadership to align the portfolio management vision and strategies. - Provide insights and lead improvements in portfolio management.

Qualifications: - Proven expertise in project management; PMP certification preferred. - In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, with an emphasis on Scrum. - Experience in portfolio management and setting up new capabilities. - Familiarity with Planview or similar project management tools is a plus. - Knowledge of EHS/Cority is beneficial. - Strong experience in ERP systems; manufacturing industry experience highly advantageous. - Excellent time management, communication, budgeting, vendor management, and change management skills.
